LIFETIME WARRANTY:

We stand behind our products, our Lifetime-Warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of Warbonnet Outdoors brand products. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and craftsmanship are covered by this policy. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate.

Non-Warranty & Warranty Repairs :

Normal wear and tear, user-caused damage, etc. can normally be fixed or patched at reasonable rate. Please follow these steps to begin a repair or warranty claim.

  1. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] with a detailed description and photos of the defect or damaged areas (please include your original order number if you have one). We will do our best to determine if the issue is covered under warranty or provide a repair quote based on the provided information and photos, but in some cases we will need to evaluate the product in shop before we can make that determination.
  2. Mail to the address below and include a note in the box with a detailed description of the issue, contact info and current return addresses. Please remove all suspensions and guylines from product before shipping. Please ship your item to be repaired back in a stuff sac if the item came with one.

Before you ship: All gear must be washed and cleaned (free of debris and odors) prior to sending it in for repair. Any gear that arrives unclean will be returned at the owners expense. We do not permit our seamstresses to handle gear that is unsanitary. For information on proper cleaning procedures, see our care and maintenance page under the “LEARN” tab.

Current lead times for repairs are 1-3 weeks from the time the item arrives at our shop. We will reach out to you via email when the repairs have been completed. At that time, we will also send a payment link.
