Returns:

Stock items: We offer a 30-day return-for-any-reason policy on all stock items. Buy-it, try-it, and if you don’t like it send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Postage is non-refundable.

For all custom items (custom quilt and custom tarp) we take returns within 30 days of shipment as well, but custom items will be charged a 20% restocking fee; you will receive an 80% refund of the purchase price. Postage is non-refundable.

Items must be returned to us in un-used and new condition. We will deduct from the refund for any gear that smells used, is damaged in any way, or otherwise cannot be re-sold as new. We reserve the right to not accept returns on gear that has been thoroughly used and therefore cannot be sold as new.

Current lead times for processing returns are 7-10 days from the time it hits our shop. We do our absolute best to beat this lead time as we understand refunds are an urgent issue. You will receive a refund notification via email when your refund has been issued. Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to appear on your financial statement.

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
We ship most orders with UPS Ground, but you may also choose UPS Next Day Air for quicker shipping, we offer flat rate USPS Ground Advantage for orders that weigh under 1lb. Please note that selecting quicker shipping does not speed up production time, see lead times posted on each product page for lead times.

International Shipping Notice (delivery addresses outside the USA):
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The amount can vary depending on your location, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
