Returns:
Stock items: We offer a 30-day return-for-any-reason policy on all stock items. Buy-it, try-it, and if you don’t like it send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Postage is non-refundable.
For all custom items (custom quilt and custom tarp) we take returns within 30 days of shipment as well, but custom items will be charged a 20% restocking fee; you will receive an 80% refund of the purchase price. Postage is non-refundable.
Items must be returned to us in un-used and new condition. We will deduct from the refund for any gear that smells used, is damaged in any way, or otherwise cannot be re-sold as new. We reserve the right to not accept returns on gear that has been thoroughly used and therefore cannot be sold as new.

Shipping:
We offer USPS for domestic first class packages, and your choice of UPS or FedEx for all other domestic and international packages.
International shipping (delivery addresses outside the USA):
International mail normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive in most countries (once shipped) Shipping time to Canada is more like one week normally. We can ship UPS/Fed-Ex international, which normally takes 3-5 business days, but this method normally costs a good 60$ or more ABOVE the regular international Priority price (often 100-130$ total shipping price for Fed-Ex 3-5 day International shipping so we do not use this method except by request.
