This is the best solution for hanging and adjusting a hammock that i have ever used. If you are buying a hammock, select this as an option and they will come attached to the hammock. Pair with the fish eye hooks and never look back. I know there are other brands of whoopie slings, and I don’t know how these compare, but I’ve slept several nights using this pair and never had any slips or need to readjust.

Your basic whoopie slings. Great quality, terminated well and they work well. I switched from the adjustable webbing suspension for a few reasons, although the webbing suspension worked great and was super easy to use… It is a little lighter but not alot so no real big gain there. I mainly switched because I end up with pitch on my straps quite often and I was tired of bagging the straps then reconnecting them every time. And many times when you run the straps out of the triangle rings pitch gets smeared on them as well so I have been rolling the straps and sticking the whole thing in a Ziploc with the rings in there too and just the attachment line running out of the bag. Then you have to stick both bags in With your hammock and hope that when your packing stuff into your pack that nothing pops open and smears pitch on your hammock or gear. With the whoopie slings the tree straps are already separate so they are easy to bag up and keep away from my hammock!
