Dynaweave: 2g per foot
Our 1″ Dynaweave webbing is an ultralight, ultra-strong suspension webbing. It is extremely low-stretch and UV-resistant. The UHMWPE fiber has the highest weight strength-to-weight ratio of any synthetic fiber. It results in a webbing that is much thinner, more compact, and less than 1/3 the weight of our standard polyester webbing. Dynaweave bunches up easily, becoming “rope-like”. This actually makes it perfect for tying easy hitches like the becket, marlinspike, j-bend, and clove, yet it’s easy to smooth back out where you need it to contact the tree. An ultralight webbing that acts like both rope and custom webbing straps, the best of both worlds. Average breaking strength: 1800 lbs. Not recommended for use with any type of adjustable buckles.
Polyester: 6.2g per foot.
Standard 1″ low-stretch polyester suspension webbing. These custom webbing straps work great with our adjustable buckles. A great general purpose, economical option. Average breaking strength: 2000 lbs.

I ordered 15’ lengths of the Dyneema with one loop on the end as well as a couple 6’ Dyneema slings for when I need more length. The Olympic Mountain valleys have big trees and the extra length is a must have in some areas. When I got the straps in the mail, I thought part of the order was missing when I felt the package. Nope it was all there. These are just really compact and very lightweight.
They work great for the Becket hitch, but the loop doesn’t pull through as easily as some say. Definitely don’t need a backup loop as it doesn’t want to slip. Been doing a double wrap around the carabiner and tying off with a double slip loop which I then clip into the carabiner. Works great and is very easy to adjust.
